Please call the member service phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask for acupuncture coverage information. If we are in your insurance network, we can help to find out; just call our phone number at (614) 626-3058 or text us at (614) 530-0588. If your insurnace plan covers acupuncture, please bring your insurance card and ID when you come for your first apppointment. Estimated copay, co-insurnace, and deductible are due at time of service. If you change your insurance plan, please notify us. Any portion that is not covered or denied by insurance will be patient's responsibility.
